Our complete line of high-performance CCW® continuously corrugated welded armor cables ensure reliable power, control, automation, signal and instrumentation for upstream offshore and onshore, as well as midstream and downstream oil and gas applications. Used in hazardous locations where cables are required to be impervious to gas, liquids and vapors, and terminated with explosion-proof glands to electrical equipment, CCW cables feature an innovative sealed metallic sheath that completely protects the conductors and ensures effective EMI shielding performance.

Our factory-assembled and tested CCW cables feature compact or compressed stranding to reduce overall cable diameter, providing you with an easy-to-install reliable alternative to cable in conduit for Class I, II, & III, Divisions 1 and 2; and Class I, Zones 1 and 2 Hazardous (Classified) Locations per NEC Articles 501, 502, 503 and 505. Recognized for use on fixed or floating offshore petroleum facilities as recommended by the American Petroleum Institute, CCW 600 V cables meet cold impact requirements at -40˚C, ensure a 90˚C continuous operating temperature (wet or dry) and offer a 130˚C emergency rating and 250˚C short circuit rating. Our Arctic-grade CCW cables are rated for brittleness temperature impact to    -60°C.
